My name is Kazuhisa To, and I am a licensed Hiroshima Regional Interpreter Guide.
I have lived in Hiroshima for more than 42 years.
Before becoming a tour guide, I worked for Mazda Motor Corporation for 40 years as an engineer. During my career, I also lived and worked in Germany and the United States, gaining valuable international experience.
I earned a Ph.D. in Engineering while working at Mazda and later served as a Specially Appointed Professor at Hiroshima University for five years.
Today, I enjoy introducing visitors from around the world to Hiroshima’s history, culture, and daily life.
My goal is not only to show famous sightseeing spots but also to help you understand the spirit of Hiroshima and create unforgettable memories.
I look forward to welcoming you to Hiroshima and sharing this special city with you.
